Modularity

The NVP Energy Lt-AD technology has been designed as a modular system with a small footprint which allows the technology to be quickly and easily installed.

The Lt-AD has a compact and modular design, 4.5m in diameter by 12m in height, allowing NVP Energy’s solution to be off site fabricated and transported to site for quick and easy installation. Lt-AD Modular System

Overloaded System

Lt-AD is the perfect retrofit/upgrade solution for an overloaded system. Employing the Lt-AD technology in a wastewater treatment plant that is at or above maximum capacity, will alleviate the existing infrastructure by reducing the pollutant load that must be treated prolonging its life-time. Furthermore, as the technology is energy-positive and produces negligible sludge, plant operators will also reap the benefit of substantial reductions in their operating costs.

Increasing production volumes

Lt-AD is the optimal expansion solution for increasing production volumes. Lt-AD is much more suited to the expansion scenario than the activated sludge process (ASP) as most wastewater treatment plant will have space constraints that will not be able to accommodate the large footprint associated with ASP. Lt-AD on the other hand has a compact modular design which allows it to easily integrate into existing facilities. Furthermore, Lt-AD is an energy positive technology that will not drain valuable energy resources and as it produces up to 90% less organic sludge than the ASP, sludge management costs will be minimal.
